AIR Social Care was formed in early 2009 and is based in London, with offices opening in the North East and South West soon. We have established links with all local authorities around the UK, and are on a growing number of preferred supplier lists.

Our mission statement is to bring a professional yet friendly approach to the world of locum social work. Unfortunately, the primary focus of the vast majority of agencies and consultancies currently in operation has been to make as much money as possible, with little or no thought given to the method by which this goal is achieved.

We believe in doing things differently. You will not speak to rude, greedy, hard-nosed business people at AIR Social Care. The consultants you speak to on the phone and meet have been partly employed on the basis that they genuinely want to fill locum and permanent vacancies, so as to better help the service users and clients of the area. We cannot guarantee they will always be in the happiest of moods, but we, the directors, will be trying our best to make sure they are!
